The terms of reference for this one-month of the 12 man-months consultancy are:
The aquaculture engineer will, in cooperation with other project staff, develop model designs, select appropriate designs for the proposed pilot fishfarms, prepare detailed plans and estimates and supervise, with the assistance of counterparts, construction works.
He will also train local civil engineers in aquaculture engineering.
He will participate in the preparation of guidelines for farm design and operations.
