Bhutan advances with its Forest Emission Reference Level

Under FAO REDD+ support, Mr Arun Rai and Dr Jigme from the Ministry of Agriculture & Livestock of Bhutan visited FAO Headquarters to work on the country’s Forest Reference (Emission) Level or FR(E)L, a benchmark for assessing Bhutan’s performance in implementing REDD+ activities.
