FAO in Cambodia - Partnership
Cambodia's partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has been instrumental in advancing the country's agricultural development. Since the launch of its first FAO-assisted project in 1994, Cambodia has worked closely with FAO to address key challenges and opportunities across various sectors. Currently, FAO focuses on six key areas: agricultural value chains, One Health and livestock production, fisheries, forestry, land and water management, food systems, and data-driven policy development. Through strong national and international partnerships, FAO continues to support the Royal Government of Cambodia in achieving its goals for better production, improved nutrition, a healthier environment, and enhanced livelihoods. FAO remains committed to fostering sustainable growth and long-term resilience in Cambodia’s agrifood systems.
