Анализ и фактологические данные
Своевременные и точные данные анализа продовольственной безопасности и связанных с сельским хозяйством рисков имеют основополагающее значение для поддержки и инициирования основанных на фактических данных программ ФАО по реагированию на чрезвычайные ситуации и повышению устойчивости к внешним воздействиям.
Сюда входит:
- Понимание уязвимости и отсутствия продовольственной безопасности
- Создание системы мониторинга рисков, инициирования действий и раннего предупреждения
- Прогнозирование потрясений и разработка упреждающих планов действий
- Оценка неотложных нужд и анализ мер реагирования
- Оценка потребностей после бедствия и анализ мер по восстановлению
К основным инструментам анализа продовольственной безопасности и связанных с сельским хозяйством рисков относятся:
- Упреждающие меры
- Геопространственный центр и система мониторинга данных о чрезвычайных ситуациях (ДИЕМ)
- Глобальная система информации и раннего предупреждения по проблемам продовольствия и сельского хозяйства (ГСИРП)
- Глобальная сеть по борьбе с продовольственными кризисами
- Комплексная классификация стадий продовольственной безопасности (ККС) и Гармонизированная система
- Модель измерения и анализа индекса жизнестойкости (РИМА)
