现金和代金券援助
粮农组织的现金和代金券计划为人们提供了直面危机的救命手段，同时也可以保护他们的生计并增强他们面对未来冲击的韧性。在人道主义背景下，现金和代金券可提供尊严、选择和灵活性，受助人可自行决定如何、何时以及在何处使用现金，以获取他们在当地市场最需要的商品和服务。
现金补助有可能在人道主义援助和发展援助之间架起桥梁。可预测的多年期月度人道主义现金援助可用于加强或补充新兴或现有的社会援助计划和系统。通过解决脆弱性问题来为人们提供季节性需求以外的支持是一种可持续的长期方法，可以打破依赖循环。
代金券使粮农组织能够为农民和牧民提供当地可用的必要投入品、设备和服务，以维持和改善他们的生计。
粮农组织提供的现金和代金券援助包括
- “现金+”
- 无条件现金补助
- 有条件现金补助
- 以工换酬
- 农业投入品券
- 营养券
- 种子和投入品交易会
“现金+”被广泛使用，因为它使受益人能够解决迫切的基本需求，而额外的生计援助有助于改善生计和提高韧性。 以工换酬还为社区提供了恢复和/或建设必要基础设施（水资源管理、土壤保持、市场准入等）的机会，以便在受到气候变化和/或冲突威胁时提高其生计的可持续性。
越来越多的现金和代金券计划使用电子代金券和移动货币等电子形式发放，发放渠道包括IDEA（识别、交付和赋权应用程序），这是粮农组织开发的用于管理受益人数据以及援助交付和跟踪的系统。
