KORE - 知识和学习在行动
知识管理是指确定、共建和分享解决方案，帮助应对挑战，以资学习和借鉴。知识管理和学习进程推动认可、重视和推广在抗击粮食危机前沿阵地上获取的经验和知识。对系统性知识管理和学习进行投资，能够为组织和利益相关方提供关于对策效果和原因的确凿实证及知识，为更有效的应急和韧性规划提供支撑，为政策和行动提供参考，促成积极变革。
应急和韧性知识共享平台 – KORE – KORE推动知识的应用和学习，为战略和计划决策提供参考。应急和韧性知识平台（KORE）支持收集和运用基于实证的跨部门知识，让粮农组织成为粮食和农业应急和韧性干预举措的牵头机构。
KORE的主要技术功能包括
- 支持世界各地的粮农组织办事处将知识和学习进程纳入应急和韧性规划工作，同时与战略规划、优先事项、分析进程、监测、评价、问责和学习工作保持一致。
- 制定规范性和方法性指南、材料和工具，支持有效的知识管理和学习，提高计划质量。
- 加强知识管理和学习能力，支持粮农组织相关部门和技术团队确定、记录、生成和传播良好实践及基于实证的知识，为规划和政策制定提供参考。
- 作为知识传播平台，促进与关键利益相关方分享和共建多部门知识，协助积极应对粮食危机和加强农业生计韧性。
