The 1st year commemoration of SAVE YOUR FOOD campaign

Launched in May 2020 as a joint campaign with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as part of SAVE FOOD: Global Initiative on Food Loss and Waste Reduction, SAVE YOUR FOOD now celebrates its first year anniversary.

At the celebration, the campaign’s impact among the public, the achievements within one year and the upcoming activities will be shared.

The celebration will bring together representatives of the private, public, non-profit sector and academia actively working to reduce food loss and waste in Turkey.

Austrian artist Klaus Pichler’s series of photos visualizing the problem of food waste under “Grown for a Bin” exhibition will be displayed to guests.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the celebration will be organized as a private event to a selected number of high level participants.
