As the Deputy Chairperson of the Agro Credit and Development Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I am deeply involved in the management of programs and projects within the agricultural sector. My primary responsibilities include coordinating our agency's cooperation with international donors, notably the FAO. Since 2018, I have actively participated in a variety of FAO projects, focusing on critical areas like agricultural development, agri-financing, and the empowerment of women and youth. Additionally, I have contributed to the advancement of cooperatives, as well as addressing issues related to food loss and waste. My role has also encompassed serving as a national project officer for numerous FAO projects, both within Azerbaijan and in the broader regional context. My commitment lies in fostering sustainable agricultural practices and enhancing the sector's contribution to national development.
As a multilingual executive, I bring a demonstrated professional history in various roles across both the public and private sectors. My expertise lies in strategic management, business planning, project management, and international relations, enabling me to thrive in dynamic environments and deliver results under tight deadlines. A firm believer in continuous growth, I actively develop my practical and educational skills, always open to learning and knowledge sharing. My strong belief in effective communication and the power of teamwork drives me to be results-oriented and highly effective in project development and leadership alongside local and international experts. Over the past five years, I have been deeply engaged in diverse agricultural, food, and rural development projects that significantly impact areas such as food security, unemployment, agricultural financing, productivity, and export. My work with state and international organizations demonstrates my commitment to driving positive change in the agricultural sector.
