As the Managing Director of CV Suluh Lingkungan Consulan, I am currently working focuses on implementing sustainable solutions to mitigate climate change. The program goals for climate change mitigation include:
1. Promoting Sustainable Energy:
• Implementing biogas systems using biodigesters to convert agricultural waste, household waste, and animal manure into clean energy.
• Installing solar water pumps for irrigation to ensure a sustainable and reliable water supply, reducing dependence on fossil fuels.
2. Advancing Sustainable Agriculture:
• Encouraging the use of organic fertilizers and bio-pesticides derived from bioslurry to improve soil health and increase agricultural productivity.
• Utilizing innovative irrigation methods like Barsha pumps (hydraulic pumps powered by river flow energy) to optimize water usage and support crop growth during the dry season as well as reducing dependence on fossil fuels.
3. Empowering Local Communities:
• Training local youth as biodigester technicians and drone pilots, providing them with valuable skills for future employment in sustainable energy and sustainable agriculture.
• Supporting farmer groups in adopting sustainable farming practices, enhancing food security, and improving nutrition in remote areas.
4. Building Climate Resilience:
• Educating and raising awareness about environmentally friendly technologies and practices to reduce the impact of climate change.
• Creating partnerships with local organizations, governments, and stakeholders to promote sustainable development and resilience against climate-related challenges.
Through these initiatives my entity CV Suluh Lingkungan Consulan aims to create a positive impact on the environment, enhance the livelihoods of local communities, and contribute to the global effort to combat climate change.
