Je viens par ce message me poser la question sur la pertinence des accords entre nos États et la création de structures que le ZLECAf, car les populations africaines ont encore du mal à se déplacer entre les États.
Aujourd'hui avec le Covid19, chaque État s'est replié sur lui même.
On assiste quelques fois à des comportements qui n'honorent pas nos forces de sécurité au niveau des frontières.
