1) M. Komlan ASSIGNON a souligné que "La libre circulation des biens et des personnes tant prônée par la CEDEAO et l’UEMOA demeure toujours un vain mot. Il faut la concrétiser pour le bonheur des peuples africains. Pourquoi la libre circulation des biens et des personnes demeurent un vain mot ?
2) M. Janvier EGAH a aussi souligné "qu’avec le système de warrantage, on pourrait maitriser la commercialisation des céréales à l’intérieur de la région ouest africaine. Ce système de warrantage marchera si facilement avec le Nigeria, le plus gros consommateur de la région ?

1) Mr. Komlan Assignon stressed that "The free movement of goods and people advocated by ECOWAS and WAEMU [West African Economic and Monetary Union] still remains just words.It has to be made reality for the wellbeing of the people of Africa. It must be realized for the happiness of African people." Why the free movement of goods and people remains just words?
2) Mr. Janvier EGAH also says that "with the warrantage system, we could control trading of cereals in the West African region." Would this system work easily ih Nigeria, the largest consumer of the region?
