I am working on:
1) Food loss and waste reduction initiatives. This includes research to find innovative solutions to reduce food loss and waste, technology scale up and outreach programs, capacity building of food supply chain practitioners on proper postharvest handling practices, and awareness creation platforms such as IDAFLW
2) Urban aggregation of perishable food commodities (fruits and vegetables) to reduce losses and enhance access to nutritious food - for urban consumers
