This consumer-oriented book with forewords from FAO and UNEP combines theoretical background and practical advice with about 100 recipes. It is awarded as “Official contribution to the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development” and can contribute to the implementation of Sustainable Nutrition into practice.
