The Voluntary Code of Conduct on the sustainable use of plastics in agriculture (VCoC) is sufficient and proactive in damage control and preventing methodology of plastic management across the Food Value Chain. Essential applications of plastics for water retention, water management and soil recycling in food production cannot however be eliminated.
