I have worked for 29 years with process agriculture, also known as syntropic agriculture. In 2023 we created the F4F institution in Germany. We support farming communities around the world to produce food while reforesting their land, restoring the water cycle, and building healthy soils. We do this through syntropic agriculture, a regenerative agriculture model developed by our board member, Swiss researcher and farmer Ernst Götsch. Syntropic agriculture gives farmers the tools and knowledge to harness the power of plants and the land to quickly restore soil health and grow healthy crops. The goal is to create a positive balance with the land so that external inputs are no longer necessary to produce food, and pests and diseases, indicators of unhealthy plants, become a thing of the past.
