With due respect, I would like to share my thoughts with you. I think that from global level to country level if there is a Temperature Management Law to form a Temperature Management Authority, then it would be better. I think that the Temperature Management Authority (TMA) will be able to promote, patronize, and oblige us to use various sustainable environment friendly, economically viable and energy efficient technologies for better temperature management, and fire management integration. Like the Electricity/Water/Gas etc Supplier Authority, proposed TMA then able to serve Temperature Management services to citizens and agrifood system. For example, Geo Heat Exchanger (GHE) connectivity to houses. offices, Hospitals, schools, community places etc from city level /cooperative level common Geo Heat Exchanger infrastructure(ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ground-coupled_heat_exchanger ). In clumsy urban areas, Geo Heat Exchanger pipes could be installed under roads if water bodies are not found nearer. Fire sprinkler system could be integrated into GHE. Rain water, Desalinated water etc could be used at GHE in some possible places. Gray water pipes in the building could be set up such to use for flash and energy harnessing. Shared Ground fridge, earthenware etc could be used to save energy and time for shopping. GHE technology can be effectively used for agrifood system of perishable items in both urban and rural areas.
Smart Water Mist sprinkler systems integrated with GHE could be used both in building and agriculture. TMA can collect Bio-gas from buildings of cities for producing energy. TMA can promote various environment friendly technologies etc. For example, Tree Transplanting machines using rather than cutting trees for development works (Ref: https://youtu.be/qfRf8_qyUjk?si=EBhesvATUM7Q-Byz ).
Like all others, I also wish for a comfortable Temperature for all individuals and agrifood system.
