Anne holds a Master in Forestry, with a specialization in tropical and arid zone forestry, from the École National du Génie Rural des Eaux et des Forêts (now AgroParisTech, France). In 1998, she joined FAO and as a Forestry Officer, she supported more than 15 countries in their national forest, land and other resources monitoring and assessment efforts. She has also been deeply involved in developing various tools, methods and guidelines for forest and integrated land use assessment.

Armando, we are looking forward to working with Mexico on expanding the guidance document to the tropical biome. The table established during the Latin America primary forest workshop will be surely very useful in this process.
To all, please don't hesitate to raise any comment and question you may have on the 4# Primary forest background paper and on the operational guidance document.
