I am working on:
Various partnerships that address the nexus of nutrition and environment, and how innovations can help accelerate food system transformation. Key approach is co-design solutions for scale in the countries most impacted by climate change and with high populations suffering of malnourishment. Repurposing of food waste into affordable, safe, nutritious and tasty foods is a key focus area.
In addition, a key working area is knowledge, tools and learnings sharing via the Innovative Food System Solutions portal (IFSS), as a collective source of information which is also used as a base for facilitated sessions for multi-sector engagement for defining food transition pathways.
