Nutrition-Sensitive Value Chains in Peru
This research has been undertaken at the request of the Global Forum on Food Security and Nutrition (FSN) by the class of 2016/2017 of the Master in Human Development and Food Security at Roma Tre University. The students were asked to conduct an indepth analysis concerning the introduction of a nutritionsensitive value chain (NSVC) framework to understand how value chains can be shaped to improve nutrition using Peru as a case study.
