I am currently working on control of mycotoxins in agricultural produce using leave extracts
Dr. Eniola Oluyemisi ONI is an expert in Mycotoxin control and Food Safety. She obtained her PhD in Food and Industrial Microbiology from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta in 2021 and She is currently a Lecturer 1 in the Department of Microbiology, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. She is involved in the teaching and research supervision of undergraduate and post graduate students in the Department of Microbiology, FUNAAB. She has more than 20 publications in local and international journals and has attended several local and international conferences where she won the best poster presentation award in International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) 2018 in India. She is a volunteer member of several International Professional bodies.
