Peter Matata, PhD, currently is working at Frontier Friends on Environment. He is an experienced scientist and have worked at Research Institutions in the Ministry of Agriculture in Tanzania for over 15 years. His work focuses Agroforestry (Agriculture and trees/shrubs), soils, Natural Resource Management and climate change adaptation for Tanzania Government. He is conversant with a lot of past Agricultural Research (Tanzania Agricultural Research Project (TARP11) and the Agricultural Sector Development Program (ASDP). His expertise lies in climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction in agriculture sector, including the strengthening of institutional and technical capacities for community-based adaptation.He is an author and co-author of professional in agroforestry and natural resource management.
