I am working on:

My governmental work is as a food safety researcher in the laboratories of the National Food Safety Authority of Egypt. My overall experience is 15 years in both the governmental and private sectors. Now I am working as a food safety specialist and nutritionist in the National Food Safety Authority since 2019 with experience in food safety legislation such as CODEX, EU,FDA, SFDA, FAO, WHO GSO,and NFSA technical regulations, with the ability to perform risk assessments of different food contaminants as well as monitoring plans that are beside my passion for public speaking and content creation.
Working Experience:
• The person in charge of aquaculture and fishery products and represent the general laboratories administration affairs departments in EU Requirements-Monitoring Plan and Sampling in the Official Control of the Fishery Sector to check its compliance with EU standards, NFSA legislations and the residues monitoring plan.
• Consultative represents the National Food Safety Authority of Egypt for One Health Strategic Framework WHO, FAO project in Egypt and participated in establishing one health agenda (20223-2027)
• WHO-Food Safety Community member since 2022.
• Technical member of the Microbiology Committee for formulating the microbiological technical regulations for the National Food Safety Authority of Egypt (1/2021).
I established Dr_Fruita Academy in 2019 to raise awareness and spread health education to correct misinformation that became common on social media in many different ways, and I am willing to expand the platform scale even globally in the near future.

At the same time, I am a volunteer in the Egyptian Youth Council and a trainer in the environmental committee, giving lectures related to climate change and health as well as food safety and security. I am also a PhD researcher in the Environmental Institute for Research and Studies of Sadat where I am focusing in the risk assessment of some microbial contaminants in food samples.
