Value addition ideation for soybeans and maize as a strategy to off take the bulk production from thousands of smallholder poor farmers in Lango, Northern Uganda

 

Morris Chris is a Ph.D. candidate of Global Governance and Leadership from Atlantic International University-USA and Selinus University. He is also an Economist with a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management of Makerere University-Uganda in East African Region.

Morris Chris has more than 15 years of working experience in both the NGO and private sectors with more closure collaborations with local and central governments, He is a widely acclaimed leader with footprints in rural and urban development where he has worked and continues to work with local, national, continental and global organizations. Until 2015, Morris Chris worked with World Vision International Uganda, Compassion International Uganda, and Samaritan’s Purse International in different ranks ranging from program leadership to grants acquisition, Management, and oversight. He is the founder and CEO of GLOFORD Institute of Innovation and Global Forum For Development (GLOFORD) both working in the Northern part of Uganda to organize, capacitate, and front smallholder farmers, youth, and women in the local economic development of the region through agribusiness and youth economic empowerment.
