وقد شكلت السيدة Binta قدوةً للآخرين حيث أثبتت أن المزارعين يتقبلون الممارسات المنتجة والمستدامة في مجال الزراعة حين تتسنى لهم فرص الحصول على الأراضي.

أصبحت السيدة أغنيس رحيمة شيسيوا رائدة أعمال ناجحة ، حيث قامت بتحليل الأسواق لأنواع المحاصيل التي سيتم زراعتها ومشاركة المعرفة التي اكتسبتها بنشاط.

Along with Gender and Youth sensitisation and capacity building activities over 3000 girls of 16 years and above have been trained as lead farmers.
