Save the date and register

In light of the staggering rise in acute food insecurity across the world, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) are pleased to invite you to a series of joint monthly briefings on the global food security situation. These briefings will be an opportunity to share the latest updates on the levels of acute food security worldwide and hold more in-depth discussions on the situation in specific countries and/or regions.

During our April briefing we will present the situation on the evolution of the food security situation in the Horn of Africa given the consecutive below-average rainy seasons, as well as the actions FAO and WFP are implementing on the ground to mitigate the impacts of the drought on food security.

We count on your engagement and support.
