Gerald O'Nneil Nakunawe, the Programme Manager of Nuku District Division of Agriculture and Livestock in West Sepik Province, explains how the support provided by the EU-funded STREIT Programme helps cocoa farmers groups to upgrade cocoa nurseries.
STREIT PNG Programme provides cocoa farmers with capacity-building opportunities as well as nursery materials to enhance further their cocoa productions.

The Programme also empower and assist the farmers with the knowledge and equipment required for processing cocoa products to ensure better quality and premium market prices.
