Fresh reports say that swarms'eggs are hatching in northeastern Algeria. Morocco, Algeria and northern Tunisia could be the locusts' next targets but the situation is under control, reassures Keith Cressman, expert in FAO Emergency Centre for Locust Operations (Rome).
