Forest resources: key to a sustainable development
Rome, 24 September 2012- The 21st session of the Committee on Forestry (COFO) begins today at FAO headquarters. The Committee on Forestry (COFO) 2012 focuses on translating the results of the Rio+20 Conference on Sustainable Development into action, by integrating new measures to strengthen forestry's many cross-sectoral linkages at global and domestic level.
