Raising awareness about the problem of hunger mobilizes energy to find solutions. TeleFood, a fund-raising campaign of concerts and events aimed at harnessing the power of media, was launched in 1997. This video illustrates many of the activities and advertisements that have helped raise both awareness and funds. The video also shows how the money raised is spent - in small sustainable projects that help farmers produce more food for their families.
