In Peru, a new alliance between chefs and smallholder farmers is not only changing their lives, but the country as a whole. Thousands of Syrian refugees of Armenian descent flee back to their country of origin, but it's a bittersweet homecoming. In land-locked Uganda, fish is the second largest source of foreign revenue thanks to a system which ensures the fishing industry is safe for consumers.
