The Tropical Bont Tick in Antigua
The Tropical Bont Tick first came to the Caribbean from Senegal in about 1750. Painful bites and two associated diseases make the Tropical Bont Tick the biggest threat to cows, sheep and goats in the region and, potentially, further afield. This video takes a look at how the Caribbean Amblyomma Programme, known as CAP, is working to eradicate the Tropical Bont Tick in Antigua.
