In the first week of October 2021, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in Tanzania, organized a workshop for Farmers and Forest Producers Organizations (FFPOs) in Tanzania. Продовольственная и сельскохозяйственная организация Объединенных Наций (ФАО) с удовлетворением восприняла принятое сегодня Глобальным экологическим фондом (ГЭФ) решение о выделении финансирования на осуществление четырех возглавляемых ФАО проектов в восьми странах на общую сумму более 13,6 млн долл. США. Решение об этом было принято в ходе 61‑го совещания Совета ГЭФ –  основного руководящего органа – состоявшемся в виртуальном формате.
