Geneva/Rome – The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) today announced the launch of a new $5 million project supported by the FAO-China South-South Cooperation (SSC) Programme  to assist Small Island Developing States (SIDS) strengthen their capacities and tackle common development challenges.

03/04/2023 The FAO Dryland team’s MEV-CAM initiative kicked off its expansion into Latin America with a four-day training course on process documentation methods, its first-ever workshop held virtually. Eleven participants from six Latin American countries with Monitoring & Evaluation, technical and communications backgrounds attended the training, gaining valuable insight into the use of innovative tools to approach process documentation, knowledge management, and a participatory way to complement monitoring and evaluation on the ground.
