At its Seventh Session, in November 2018, the Governing Body “urge[d] Contracting Parties that have not yet done so, including States that have become Contracting Parties since the Fifth Session and before the Seventh Session of the Governing Body, to submit, as soon as possible, and no later than 1 October 2018, their reports pursuant to Section V of the Compliance Procedures” (Resolution 8/2017).
