01/09/2022

The COP27 Water & Climate Pavilion, led by the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation invites interested participants to submit event and speaker proposals between 15 August - 15 September 2022,  for consideration by the Steering Committee of the Water & Climate Pavilion. The Pavilion is intended to support water and climate communities in meeting their goals by amplifying solutions for water and climate-related challenges and by gathering leaders from governments, civil society, businesses, and academia, through panels, workshops, and tech expositions. The Pavilion will take place in a hybrid format - both in-person in the Blue Zone (accessible only to UNFCCC accreditation holders) of COP27 and also as a virtual conference platform open to all, regardless of accreditation.

The Thematic Working Group of the COP27 Water & Climate Pavilion is led by the Egyptian Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nation (FAO). Submitted proposals will be considered depending on the volume and quality received, particularly concerning the proposals’ direct, evidence-based, and solutions-oriented relevance to climate mitigation and/or adaptation. The final due date for submitting proposals is Thursday, 15 September 2022. For more information, please visit the following link:
