粮农组织的“性别平等政策”以妇女享有以下权利为中心:
1. 平等的发言权和决策权
2. 拥有、获取和支配资源的平等权利
3. 获得服务、市场和体面工作的平等权利和机会
4. 减轻工作负担
粮农组织技术合作计划批准的所有项目将“性别平等政策”作为项目设计和实施的主要考虑因素。
