Instruction for 1
All figures for 1.1, 1.2 & 1.3 are obtained by counting the number of SL-1 by categories or sizes.
However, when a fishing establishment runs two boats or more, the number of fishing households is counted by grouping such boats.
Instruction for 2
At first, all figures in SL-2 are transfered into 2.1, and total (A) is obtained.
Then, R is obtained based on Form KL.
Estimates throughout a District is obtained as a product of (A) and R.
Finally, in 2.2 the number of fishing units by type of gear and by size of boat is estimated by allocating the no. of fishing unit taking into account % proportion of size of boat in use for each gear.
