Outlines of the training courses, fellowships and study tours have already been discussed with the National Project Co-ordinator. With reference to the fellowships, in particular, the priorities since established differ from those formerly mentioned in the Project Documents. Among the fields identified as necessitating urgent attention, the following are emphasized:

Intensive/semi-intensive farming

Lagoon Management
Pathology and Nutrition
Water Quality
The Senior Advisor, together with the National Co-ordinator will have to establish the final programmes which are planned, mainly, for 1990/1991.
