The findings of the study were presented to a group of development stakeholders representing various ministries, development agencies both from UN and bilateral affiliations, Non-Government Agencies and academic and research institutions (Annex 2). The National Policy Dialogue meeting served a forum for discussing the outcome of the study and thus to validate the findings as well as to generate recommendations. The synthesis report includes the recommendations of the team as well as those relevant ones that emerged during the policy dialogue.
