Roundtable on AGRIS and AGROVOC in Georgia: results and future achievements 

On Friday 12 November 2021 at 16:00 GMT+4, with the support of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), an online workshop on AGRIS and FAO AGROVOC multilingual thesaurus will be conducted by the Institute TECHINFORMI of the Georgian Technical University. 

The round table discussion will address topics including:

• the evolution and the dissemination and management of food and agriculture information and research;
• access and increased visibility of agricultural scientific data from Georgia; 
• the main issues related to data harvesting.

Participants from previous seminars and workshops are invited to join the discussion. Official FAO representatives will also take part in the event. 

The round table will be presented and chaired by Dr. Nelly Makhviladze and Dr. Marina Razmadze.
