To defeat hunger, knowledge is key and sharing it is vital - REPORT

The report of the AGRIS Virtual Annual Conference 2021 has been published.

Those who missed the conference, as well as those who participated in it, can now read the report and watch the recordings of all three sessions of the conference, which was held on 1 July 2021.

Apart from providing a valuable overview of AGRIS and the improvements that have been made to it over the past months, the report answers the following questions:

  • How does AGRIS facilitate knowledge sharing to support the fight against hunger?
  • How can your organization benefit from AGRIS?
  • How can your organization contribute to AGRIS?

You can also hear what six invited panelists from organizations in Italy, Lebanon, Moldova, Nicaragua, the Russian Federation and Uganda have to say about AGRIS and why it is important to partner with it.

The report can be read HERE.

Once again, FAO's AGRIS team would like to extend their sincerest thanks to all those who participated in the conference and made it a success.

The translations of the report in the other five official FAO languages - Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish - will be available soon.
