I am a professor of Culinary Sciences and Marketing for Food and Nutrition on the undergraduate course in Nutrition at the Federal University of Goiás. I am a member of Planetary Health (PH) Brazil, IEA/USP, where I participated as co-coordinator of the Planetary Health Ambassadors Program. I am the Latin American HUB representative of the Planetary Health Alliance. Member of the Lancet Countdown South America team and The Lancet Countdown Policy Briefs for Brazil.
