I am a professor of Culinary Sciences and Marketing for Food and Nutrition on the undergraduate course in Nutrition at the Federal University of Goiás. I am a member of Planetary Health (PH) Brazil, IEA/USP, where I participated as co-coordinator of the Planetary Health Ambassadors Program. I am the Latin American HUB representative of the Planetary Health Alliance. Member of the Lancet Countdown South America team and The Lancet Countdown Policy Briefs for Brazil. Member of the Latinfoods team.
