Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for the invitation to participate in reviewing the theory of change and draft result framework in respect of the Food System integrated program.
Having gone through them, I feel the two documents are well elaborated. It would be helpful to see the implementation framework and plan so that some of the terms are further unpacked.
Warm regards
Harris Phiri, Department of Fisheries, ZAMBIA

The increasing use of plastic-based dam lining in pond aquaculture is posing a danger to terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems. These can be replaced with more environmentally friendly technologies such as the clay mixtures that are still being experimented on. Besides, the differences in productivity between plastic lined ponds and non-lined earthen ponds does not seem to have been established.
