Global Agenda for Sustainable Livestock (GASL) 

The Global Agenda for Sustainable Livestock (GASL) is a partnership of livestock stakeholders committed to the sustainable development of the sector. The Agenda builds consensus on the path towards sustainability and catalyzes coherent and collective practice change through dialogue, consultation and joint analysis. It addresses the following issues: global food security and health; equity and growth; resources and climate.

Global Livestock Environmental Assessment Model (GLEAM)
The Global Livestock Environmental Assessment Model estimates livestock and environment interactions such as greenhouse gases emissions, nitrogen use, water, soil carbon and biodiversity. The GLEAM model quantifies production and use of natural resources in the livestock sector and assess the environmental impacts of livestock. 
Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture

The Koronivia Joint Work on Agriculture is a landmark decision under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) that recognizes the unique potential of agriculture in tackling climate change. The Koronivia decision addresses six interrelated topics on soils, nutrient use, water, livestock, methods for assessing adaptation, and the socio-economic and food security dimensions of climate change across the agricultural sector.

Livestock Environmental Assessment and Performance Partnership (FAO LEAP)

The Livestock Environmental Assessment and Performance Partnership is a multi-stakeholder initiative that seeks to improve the environmental sustainability of the livestock sector through harmonized methods, metrics, and data. FAO LEAP leads a coordinated global initiative to accelerate the sustainable development of livestock supply chain and to support coherent climate actions, while contributing to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Paris Agreement.
