MAFAP activites launch in Rwanda

The MAFAP team, which will be based in the Ministry of Agriculture (MINAGRI), will be composed of several members from the MINAGRI, the Rwanda Agricultural Board, the Rwanda National Agricultural Export Development Board, and the Private Sector Federation.

MAFAP also received encouraging support from various development partners, as well as useful information on existing fora for policy dialogue. A presentation on MAFAP will be considered at the Agricultural Sector Working Group, currently chaired by the European Union.
