4th Regional Project Steering Committee Meeting

The main objectives of the 4th PSC meeting are to review the project progress to date, discuss challenges identified, to present the work plan and associated budget 2024, and receive advice and guidance from the Steering Committee members on 18 April 2024.
As side events, on 15 April 2024 a workshop on emerging green technologies for pest and pesticide management
and on 16 April 2024 an international conference on bio- and phyto-remediation technologies for contaminated agricultural soil towards green agriculture along with an excursion on 17 April 2024 will take place.
The workshop and the conference are to provide participants with an opportunity to increase knowledge on emerging digital technologies making agriculture as well as management of associated wastes more efficient and reducing environmental and health impacts; to learn about approaches to remediate and return contaminated agricultural soils to safe production; to visit the project’s bio- and phytoremediation trial sites.
