FAO launches new Food Price Index for September 2012
Rome, 6 September 2012- FAO Director-General, José Graziano da Silva, introduced the September 2012 FAO Food Price Index and the latest FAO Cereal Supply and Demand Brief, during a Press Conference held today at FAO headquarters. The August Index rebounded sharply after three months of decline.
