This report details the methodology used and results obtained from RFLP support to pilot the first year of community-based inshore fisheries catch monitoring in Cambodia.

This guidance document was meant to support RFLP management team in the planning process for livelihoods development activities in the Philippines. The document covers field-level implementation mechanism sand implementation, the study of the local economy and services, recruitment of NGO implementation partners, understanding and responding to information needs, and tools and approaches to strengthen RFLP livelihoods development work.

RFLP supported a participatory consultation process involving a wide range of stakeholder groups and different government agencies to draft and agree a fisheries development and management plan for Chilaw lagoon. While finalized and agreed, the plan is awaiting official approval and gazetting.
