Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and HACCP Toolbox for Food Safety

    GHP and HACCP guidance documents 

    GHP and HACCP guidance documents are each organized into a set of sections that can be accessed by clicking on the tabs above. Each tab will open like an accordion file of topic subsections. Exploring the accordion menu allows users to become familiar with the topics.

    There is a logical order to the presentation of the GHP resource materials, but it is not necessary to go through the sections in that order. However, users who are less familiar with HACCP should work through the sections of HACCP materials starting with Step 1 and ending with Step 12.

    Each section groups a set of materials that can be reached through that section’s dedicated webpage. The webpage itself provides a brief overview of the topic as well as links to a guidance document containing technical guidance. This guidance document is easy to read on handheld devices in landscape mode (please consult your device settings to activate this feature, which is usually represented by an icon that resembles a rotating phone).

    Using the guidance documents  

    The guidance documents contain the central topical guidance. They can be viewed on different size screens. On smaller mobile devices, it is easiest to read in horizontal view or landscape mode.
